Treasury & Accounting Reports

The formal accounting reports and cash-movement tracking. Go to Reports → Treasury & Accounting Reports:

Available Reports

  • Trial Balance: total debit and credit for every account in the chart of accounts as of a given date — the basis for verifying the books balance.
  • Profit and Loss (Income Statement): revenue, expenses, and net profit/loss over a chosen period.
  • Balance Sheet: assets, liabilities, and equity as of a given date.
  • Account Balances: a list of every account and its current balance, filterable by type.
  • Journal Entries Report: every journal entry across the company (see Journal Entries).
  • Account Transaction Report: detailed movements for a single account, similar to the "Account Transactions" tab on the account page.
  • Treasury Movement Report (All Accounts): total deposits and withdrawals across all cash accounts combined.
  • Treasury Movement by Account: the same report broken out per individual cash account.

Shared Usage Pattern

Set your criteria (date or date range, branch, account depending on the report), click View Report, and download as Excel if needed.

Notes

  • These reports rely entirely on the journal entries automatically generated by every operation in the system — no additional manual accounting entry is needed.
